Wheel tractor Massey Ferguson 135

I've had a Massey Ferguson 135 for about ten years now. I mostly use it for small farm stuff like hauling and tilling. What I like most is you don't need an engineering degree to work on it. If something goes wrong, most of the time I can figure it out myself, which is a relief. The Perkins diesel engine seems to just keep going, even though mine's not exactly new anymore. Parts are easy to find, and I've never had much trouble getting it fixed up after heavy use. I will say, it's not the smoothest ride, especially compared to newer stuff, and it's not really built for luxury, but you get used to it. Price-wise, I got mine used and saved a lot compared to looking at anything new. Still, the lack of modern comforts stands out every time I spend hours in it.

Worked a Lexion a couple harvests ago. APS and Roto Plus systems handle a ton of crop - didn’t see it even slow down when stuff got thick. Can switch from straw chopping to spreading out of the cab, saves a bunch of time, that’s nice when you’re on your own. Had some hassle with the straw chopper bearings once, nothing major but you gotta keep an eye on it. I’d say reliability is solid, but do watch wear parts, especially after heavy runs. Controls are a mixed bag, lotta settings, can take a bit to figure them all out. Pricewise, what do you expect from new gear? Never gonna be cheap, but it's on par with what you get.

We bought the John Deere 9400 at an agricultural machinery sale. Despite being manufactured in 1998, the tractor works flawlessly. The electronics and mechanics are in good condition. However, the air conditioner has not been working for a year now. The machine is characterized by high productivity, handling large volumes of ploughing work. Among its advantages, I can highlight its fuel efficiency: 500 liters are enough for 2 full shifts of work.

Quality equipment. Rarely let us down during all the time we worked with it. We purchased the combine harvester in Poland with a usage of more than 3500 engine hours.

I bought a combine harvester from the year 2000, as I am quite familiar with this brand of combines and the equipment on machines from that era is better. The onboard computer was a headache, we had to call in a technician several times to fix errors. I recommend looking for combines in Europe, as there is a lot of junk here.

I bought myself a maneuverable and small tractor, the New Holland Boomer. The mini tractor was already used, but at an affordable price and with the presence of a hydraulic tilt of the tiller, which was extremely important for me. The tractor performs very well in work, it carries, tills, and cultivates everything quickly. The engine is powerful enough for such a compact tractor. So far, I have only changed consumables for maintenance on it, and no serious breakdowns have occurred. I also want to mention the quality of the materials because I have dealt with Chinese machines before, and it's like night and day compared to them. With Chinese machines, the spare parts may be inexpensive, but you'll constantly have to repair them. In short, I am satisfied with this tractor.

The machine is blatantly problematic. For a substantial amount of money, you get a plethora of engine repairs, steering tie rod replacements, and much more.

After the freezing cold and greasing the cabin of the UAZ, it's a pleasure to drive such a miracle of technology. The Italians know how to make good machinery.

At the equipment rental point, we have three 2007 Massey Ferguson tractors. Clients are satisfied, both farmers and builders. They actively use the tractors along with attachments. The cost of spare parts is lower than MTZ. And the reliability is much higher.

Obsolete, it handles work quite weakly, it has long exceeded its lifespan in terms of investments and repairs, so it will soon be sent for spare parts.
